Practice‑driven Prevention for Safe Work

Special Fire‑Safety Training & Emergency Drill Conducted by Instructor Duan from Zhuozhou Fire Brigade

In the golden autumn season, our company invited Instructor Duan from the Zhuozhou Fire Brigade to deliver a special fire‑safety training, together with emergency evacuation and fire‑extinguisher practical drills. All staff took part in this event.

At the training session, combining real‑life fire accident cases, Instructor Duan illustrated relevant regulations through case studies. He elaborated on core knowledge including enterprise fire hazard inspection, fire and electricity usage management, self‑rescue in fire scenarios, and initial‑fire suppression. Key points of fire emergency response were analyzed to warn all employees against safety‑related fluke mindsets and require strict compliance with daily safety codes.

Upon completion of theoretical learning, the emergency evacuation drill commenced. Under unified command, employees bent low and evacuated swiftly and orderly to the outdoor safe zone via pre‑planned escape routes. Each department counted and reported personnel numbers in a timely manner, and the whole evacuation proceeded smoothly.

Afterwards, Instructor Duan demonstrated the four‑step operation (“lift, pull, aim, squeeze”) of dry‑powder fire extinguishers, and explained applicable scenarios and safety precautions. He provided hands‑on guidance for staff to take turns practicing real‑fire extinguishing, ensuring every participant mastered how to operate fire‑fighting equipment.

Adopting the “theory plus practical exercise” model, this event effectively strengthened all employees’ fire‑safety awareness and improved their emergency response capacity under the guidance of the professional instructor. Going forward, our company will keep fulfilling the main responsibility for work‑safety production, carry out regular safety training and hazard inspections, and build a solid safety firewall for the enterprise.
