Cartridge filter

Cartridge filter is made of heat-resistant material, which effectively improves the safety factor within the purification equipment. Additionally, the system's overall structure adopts a top air inlet method, where the dust-laden gas makes a 90-degree turn before reaching the filter elements, avoiding direct impact on them and thereby extending the service life of the filter cartridges.

1. After equipment operation, check the filter cartridge every three months to ensure there is no damage and proper sealing with the machine box. The inspection interval should be shortened and frequency increased as the equipment runs longer.


2. Replace the filter cartridge when it is damaged or not sealed properly against the machine box.


3. Replace the filter cartridge if the pressure difference is high and backblowing is ineffective.


4. Replace the filter cartridge every 3-6 months based on dust volume.

Cartridge filter inspection
Main filter inspection

1. After equipment operation, inspect the high-efficiency filter cartridge every three months to ensure it is undamaged and well-sealed with the machine box. Shorten the inspection interval and increase frequency as the equipment operates longer.


2. Replace the high-efficiency filter cartridge immediately when it is damaged or poorly sealed against the machine box.


3. Replace the high-efficiency filter cartridge every 3-6 months depending on the amount of dust.


Filter
Put on gloves and protective masks → Release the latches → Open the high-efficiency compartment door → Loosen the high-efficiency lock handle → Remove the high-efficiency filter core → Place it into a plastic bag and seal it properly → Install a new high-efficiency filter core → Tighten the high-efficiency lock handle → Close the high-efficiency compartment door → Fasten the latches → Replacement complete.

Cartridge filter
Put on gloves and protective mask → Open the guardrail → Rotate and remove the three-star handle → Open the filter cartridge cover → Take out the filter cartridge → Place it in a plastic bag and seal it → Replace with a new filter cartridge → Install the filter cartridge cover → Tighten the three-star handle → Close the guardrail.
