1. Power On/Off:

Turn on the device by switching the main power switch from OFF to ON, and press the run button to start the machine. To turn off, press the run button again, wait 15 seconds, then switch the power switch back to OFF.

2. Cleaning Selection:

Choose between automatic or manual cleaning modes by pressing the cleaning selection button. In automatic mode, when the pressure difference exceeds the set value (1200Pa by default), the pulse valve starts cleaning operations. In manual mode, observe the pressure difference and manually initiate cleaning when necessary.

3. Ashtray Cleaning:

Before cleaning the ashtray, stop the machine and open the ashtray door by rotating the lock counterclockwise, remove the ashtray for cleaning, and reinstall it after cleaning is complete.

4. External Control Mode:

This model of equipment can achieve external start/stop functions through connection and signal transmission of the external control line.

Power system
Control system

The power system utilizes specialized fans that provide smooth operation and strong suction power, allowing for efficient capture of particles and debris.

With a large flow capacity, the system ensures optimal performance and balance between fan pressure and flow, resulting in effective and reliable operation.

This feature makes it ideal for various industrial applications requiring high-performance air purification systems.

Tip: Before cleaning operations, ensure compressed air pipeline is connected and pressure is between 0.6-0.8 Mpa for optimal results. Regularly clean ashtray to maintain sufficient space for dust collection. Ashtray should be cleaned according to actual usage due to different working conditions.
Filtration system
The filtration system uses a front-inlet structure with a large slanted surface and filter cartridges. The slanted surface collects large, hot particles into the ashtray while the heat-resistant filter material improves safety. The system's top-inlet design allows dusty gas to enter the filter element after a 90-degree turn, prolonging its lifespan.

4. HEPA high-efficiency filters (main filter) with a filtration precision of 0.3 µm and a filtration efficiency of 99.997%. 5. The fresh air goes into the workshop again.
