Filtration System
The filtration system consists of two parts: a pre filter and a main filter
1. Polluted airflow entering the machine;
2. Organ shaped pre filter bag (adsorbs relatively large dust particles in the airflow to avoid blockage of the main filter and expand its service life );
3. HEPA (High Efficiency Particle Arrestor) filters: these filters remove 99.997% of all particles above 0.3 micron.
4. Chemical filter layer and activated carbon layer (effectively removing harmful gases and irritating odors in the airflow);
5. The fresh air goes into the workshop again.

Organ-shape Prefilter
The distinctive product features of the organ-shape prefilters are designed to optimize particle capture, extend the lifespan of the primary filter, and reduce the total cost of ownership.
APT's organ-shape filter owing to its special design, increase its dust capacity largely, can inhale particle efficiently.
1. As soon as air is drawn into machine, its direction of flow is diverted through 90 degrees. This throws larger particles out of the air flow and into a collection tray or pre-filter bag, thus prevents them entering into the main filter and increases its service life.
2. Air equalisation plates: These plates make the air enter into the filter at a uniform speed, increase effectiveness in the use of filter and prolong its service life.
3. HEPA (High Efficiency Particle Arrestor) filters: These filters remove 99.997% of all particles above 0.3 micron and 95% down to 0.01 micron.
4. Chemical layer: These filters can effective absorb gaseous contaminants.
5. The fresh air goes into the workshop again.
Scientific Design
Main Filter
When the filter element has been used for a period of time, whether it needs to be replaced or moved, it is required Wear protective gloves and masks.
The service life of the pre-filter is 3-6 months and the main filter is 6-12 months (it depends on different conditions).
Filter replacement instructions
Replace the main filter step
▪ Wearing gauntlet and mask
▪ Open the door 4
▪ Turn the handle 2 by 180 degrees clockwise
▪ Fetch out the main filter 3
▪ Put the poly bag in and seal it
▪ Put main filter in correct position
▪ Turn the handle 2 by 180 degrees counter-clockwise
▪ Close the door
Replace the pre-filter step
▪ Wearing gauntlet and mask
▪ Open the door 4
▪ Fetch out the pre-filter1
▪ Put the poly bag in and seal it
▪ Change the pre-filter
▪ Close the door;
