Dust Collector Purification Principle

Under the action of the system's main fan, dust-laden gas is drawn from the air inlet at the lower part of the dust collector into the filter cartridge chamber at the bottom. Dust adheres to the surface of the filter cartridges, while the filtered clean gas passes through the cartridges into the clean air chamber of the upper box and is collected at the air outlet for discharge. As operation continues, dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter cartridges increases, correspondingly raising the equipment's operating resistance. To ensure normal system operation, when the dust collector's resistance exceeds the set limit, the pulse automatic controller issues commands either by pressure differential or timer to clean the filter cartridges.
