1. Designed specifically for fixing workpieces during flexible PCB cutting while purifying smoke generated by laser cutting.

Power system
Control system

The  control system of CHP series adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which can adjust the flow and pressure as needed, and can use external control signals to control the fan speed, achieving automatic adjustment of the purifier flow and pressure; the usage of the filter element could be monitored  at any time through the screen pressure difference display.

Differential pressure gauge indicates filter blockage status.

Frequency converter controls speed adjustment, 5-50 Hz.


Tip: The smoke can be sucked away is the best, as far as possible to use a small vacuum degree, in order to prolong the service life of the filter element.

Filtration system

LE is composed of two filters - pre-filter and main filter. Pre-filter can inhale the bigger granule to protect main filter from walling up earlier. Main filter includes high-efficiency HEPA filter and chemical filter, high-efficiency HEPA filter can filtrate 99.997% granule which diameter is 0.3µm.Chemical can filtrate hazardous gas efficiently from the air flow.

1. Polluted airflow entering the machine; 2. Organ shaped pre filter bag (adsorbs relatively large dust particles in the airflow to avoid blockage of the main filter and expand its service life ); 3. HEPA (High Efficiency Particle Arrestor) filters: these filters remove 99.997% of all particles above 0.3 micron. 4. Chemical filter layer and activated carbon layer (effectively removing harmful gases and irritating odors in the airflow); 5. The fresh air goes into the workshop again.
