Dust Collector Purification Principle
With the main system fan operating, dust-laden gas enters the bottom filter cartridge chamber through the lower inlet. Dust accumulates on cartridge surfaces while filtered clean air passes into the upper clean-air plenum and discharges through the outlet. Continuous operation increases dust buildup and filtration resistance. To maintain system performance, the pulse controller initiates cartridge cleaning based on differential pressure or timing when resistance exceeds the preset limit.
