Product Introduction
The NIP Series High-Flow Intelligent Dust Collector is primarily designed for high-power laser cutting and welding processing applications.
It effectively collects and filters dust generated during processing. Developed based on our company's original IP series dust collector, the NIP Series features optimized performance and improved structure for superior efficiency and greater ease of use. The system mainly consists of a blower power unit, cartridge filter unit, reverse pulse cleaning unit, intelligent control unit, and air intake spark arrestor unit.

Purification Principle
The intelligent control system regulates fan operation. The negative pressure and airflow generated by the medium-pressure fan draw fine dust produced during laser processing into the dust collector through extraction ducting. The air undergoes filtration and purification via the pre-installed spark arrestor unit and cartridge filter unit, with clean air finally discharged indoors.
