Dust Collector Purification Principle

Powered by the main system fan, dust-laden gas is drawn through the lower inlet into the bottom filter cartridge chamber. Dust accumulates on cartridge surfaces while filtered clean air passes into the upper clean-air plenum and discharges through the outlet. Continuous operation increases dust buildup and resistance. To maintain system performance, the pulse controller automatically initiates cartridge cleaning via differential pressure or timed control when resistance exceeds preset limits.
