The CMP8500i is designed for demanding conditions, measuring 483×583×1025 mm and weighing 65 kg. Its maximum pressure is as high as 10000 Pa, with an airflow of 500 m³/h, equipped with a powerful 1200 W motor. Despite the increased power, noise is still controlled within an acceptable range of 70±3 dB. The entire series supports standard 220 V voltage and can be customized for special requirements.

The Intelligent Operating System (IQ) continuously monitors fume concentration and adaptively optimizes the purification process, effectively reducing energy consumption while ensuring performance. The Automatic Flow Control (AFC) technology can accurately detect smoke volume and continuously adjust airflow, maintaining stable and efficient extraction performance.


The filtration system employs High Efficiency Particulate Arrestance (HEPA) technology, achieving a filtration efficiency of up to 99.997% for particles of 0.3 microns and above, ensuring that purified air can be safely recirculated indoors. The multi-stage, large-capacity filtration structure includes an organ-shaped pre-filter bag, a HEPA main filter, and chemical and activated carbon layers. Human-centered Design and Convenient Maintenance


The equipment features a compact design with universal casters, allowing flexible mobility and positioning even in cramped workshops. Airflow can be steplessly adjusted via a control knob, offering intuitive and convenient operation. The control system includes a built-in acoustic and optical alarm function for filter blockage—when the filter is saturated or clogged, a red indicator light and audible alarm alert simultaneously, ensuring timely maintenance.


An optional wireless remote control enables remote operation, and support for a remote linkage start-stop interface configuration greatly enhances operational flexibility. Each filter layer can be replaced independently, reducing long-term operating costs and simplifying the maintenance process.


Intelligent Control System and Operating Principle


The fan utilizes Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) technology for stepless speed control, combined with closed-loop feedback control from a pressure sensor to automatically maintain the set vacuum level. After startup, a green indicator light remains on, while the run/alarm indicator light displays real-time equipment status, filter saturation level (75% pre-warning), and blockage conditions. It is recommended to operate at the minimum necessary vacuum degree to extend filter service life.


Standard Configuration List


The equipment comes standard with core components such as an organ-shaped pre-filter, APT main filter, stainless steel flexible extraction arm, and piping system. Users can optionally select accessories like a conical cowl to ensure quick installation and commissioning.
