Power system
Control system

The speed can be adjusted by PWM, and the air flow can also be adjusted accurately and continuously by the volume of fume and dust.

Pressure sensor controls the fan in the closed-circle way, this system can adjust the vacuum level automatically by feedback regulation of pressure sensor, when you set some vacuum level.

This control system is designed including acoustic-optical alarm device, when the filters wall up; red illumination along with an audible alarm tells the operator that the filter must be changed.

LE adopts imported fans which can extract granules in high efficiency; the filters can be used as long as it can.

1. Push button switch

Press the button switch and the switch green indicator light will light up;

The machine starts to run.

2. Run/alarm indicator light

Device running, 75% saturated, blocked status indicator.

3. Speed control knob

Press the "+, -" keys to adjust the air volume.

Tip: The smoke can be sucked away is the best, as far as possible to use a small vacuum degree, in order to prolong the service life of the filter element.

Filtration system

LE is composed of two filters - pre-filter and main filter. Pre-filter can inhale the bigger granule to protect main filter from walling up earlier. Main filter includes high-efficiency HEPA filter and chemical filter, high-efficiency HEPA filter can filtrate 99.997% granule which diameter is 0.3µm.Chemical can filtrate hazardous gas efficiently from the air flow.

1. Polluted airflow entering the machine; 2. Organ shaped pre filter bag (adsorbs relatively large dust particles in the airflow to avoid blockage of the main filter and expand its service life ); 3. HEPA (High Efficiency Particle Arrestor) filters: these filters remove 99.997% of all particles above 0.3 micron. 4. Chemical filter layer and activated carbon layer (effectively removing harmful gases and irritating odors in the airflow); 5. The fresh air goes into the workshop again.
